Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Rates and availability are shown at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel; the applicable policy is shown during the booking process.
House rules
Guests are asked to respect the homes and their neighbours. Quiet hours apply in the evening. A tourist tax, set by the local comune, is collected on arrival.
